SLHS 309 - Foundations of Success in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology I

Students will learn a variety of skills to support them through the completion of the B.S. degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology.

Prerequisites: Open to Majors only
Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground.

Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
  1. Create a plan to graduation that includes both major and non-major course requirements
  2. Create a weekly and a semester study plan
  3. Develop effective study strategies for SLHS major courses
  4. Develop effective skills for group assignments, presentations, and writing assignments
  5. Identify sources of support, including student organizations and campus resources
