PHYS 485 - Undergraduate Research

Research leading to a formal report or other appropriate product under the direction of a faculty member.

Prerequisites: Department consent.
Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 6 units.
Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground.
Grading: A-F grading only.
Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:

demonstrate proper research techniques apppropriate to a specific sub-field of Physics.
describe the research efforts they were involved with over the course of the semester.
