BAN 676 - Deep Learning for Business Applications Units: 3 Concepts, design and implementation of deep learning models for business analytics. Topics include Deep Neural Networks, Convolutional Neural Networks, Recurrent Neural Networks such as Long Short Term Memory and business value of deep learning technology.
Prerequisites: All of: BAN 601, BAN 602, BAN 620. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, or Hybrid. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Recognize core concepts of deep learning and types of problems solved by deep learning.
- Analyze business and technical considerations for developing and deploying deep learning technologies.
- Identify business value and develop business models for deep learning technology based products and solutions.
- Design, implement and test deep learning models for business problems.
