HOS 310 - Design & Management of Special Events in Hospitality and Tourism

Planning, designing, servicing, and managing special events. A significant portion of the course will be dedicated to planning and designing two special events. Completion of Cvent certification.

Prerequisites: HOS 100, HOS 110 and HOS 210
Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, or Entirely Online, or Hybrid.
Grading: A-F or CR/NC (student choice).
