MLL 343 - Spanish Composition and Syntax

Written Spanish and formal grammar applied to advanced composition in the language.

Prerequisites: MLL 242.

Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:

Students will be able to produce the types of writing required at the university level (description, narration, exposition/explanation, argumentation), with a fair amount of sophistication, integrating research information into written assignments while giving adequate credit to the sources of information used.
Students will review grammar applied to composition while working in sentence structure and syntax.
Students will acquired knowledge in the mechanics of writing: punctuation, paragraphing, orthography, stylistics, etc.
