TED 540 - Mathematics II: Instructional Methods in a Single Subject Classroom Units: 3 Intermediate course in the practice of instructional methodology in a single subject classroom with a focus on planning and delivery of mathematical methods instruction to diverse learners.
Prerequisites: Admission to Single Subject Credential Program. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, or Entirely Online, or Hybrid. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Develop assessments appropriate to their content area, students, and in line with state standards and frameworks.
- Integrate appropriate academic language use into lessons for their students.
- Teach to students with all levels of English proficiency.
- Teach to students with special needs.
