MGMT 310 - Organizational Behavior Units: 3 The translation of organizational behavior theory and research to practices for creating productive organizations that are great workplaces. Students examine behavior at the individual, group and organizational level to explain, predict and change behavior at work. Formerly BUS 310.

Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Define theories and concepts of organizational behavior(OB) such as motivation, leadership, group dynamics, ethics, perception, creativity, conflict resolution, communications and culture.
- Analyze OB problems in light of these theories and concepts to recommend solutions.
- Apply organizational behavior tools to better understand their own behavior in work teams and demonstrate OB skills in team management.
- Research and evaluate OB practices in current organizations to identify best practices and propose strategies to build great workplaces.
