PSYC 330 - Cognitive Psychology Units: 4 Selected topics in thinking and information processing in humans, such as memory, attention, problem solving, language, concept formation, creativity, and imagery. Experiments and theories are described, analyzed, and interpreted.
Prerequisites: PSYC 200. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground. Grading: A-F or CR/NC (student choice). Course Typically Offered: Fall & Spring
Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Describe the major empirical findings and theories of cognitive psychology.
- Explain scientific methods as applied to cognitive processes.
- Apply the principles of cognitive psychology to real world settings
