Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Read, discuss, and interpret unique qualities of the contemporary global novel;
- Write informal responses and close analysis of international novels;
- Research and present relevant historical and social contexts for current literary works;
- Listen, collaborate, and learn from the diverse perspectives of others in the course;
- Appreciate the contemporary novel and its social as well as international relevance.
