Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Demonstrate understanding of scholarly theories underlying interpersonal conflict management, as assessed by short written assignments and quizzes;
- Apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations regarding interpersonal conflict management, as assessed by major examinations, short written assignments, and a case study paper;
- Make scholarly determinations of effectiveness while examining artifacts of interpersonal conflict management, as assessed by classroom discussion, short reaction papers, quizzes, and major examinations.
