THEA 110 - Discover Acting Units: 3 ; Breadth Area: GE-C1 Introduction to acting techniques for improving self-expression and observation skills. Introductory acting designed for non-majors. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - apply written, oral, non-verbal, and visual skills in making presentations to groups.
- employ historical, contemporary, and cultural performance techniques in presentations
- create characters for presentations that address issues of life in striking and remarkable ways.
