The Activity component of the course has the following student learning outcomes: This component of the course provides an introduction to the life sciences student to be able to: select and use appropriate statistical software, communicate statistical results to others all in respect to descriptive statistics, graphical displays, hypothesis testing and estimation, modeling and error analysis.
