EDUI 650 - Mobile Application Development

Units: 4
Design and develop educational applications for mobile devices using a variety of standard programming languages.

Prerequisites: M.S. Educational Technology major.
Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, or Entirely Online, or Hybrid.
Grading: A-F grading only.
Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:

Demonstrate a good understanding of process of developing apps for mobile devices.
Review critically the research in the use of apps in education.
Learn and write code in appropriate iOS operating systems.
Develop own research interests and identify a topic for developing apps.
Apply theories and research of instructional technology in developing own app projects.
