Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
  1. Attain a basic knowledge of the California State Physical Education Standards as they relate to fitness and self defense.
  2. Demonstrate an understanding of movement skills in fitness and self defense.
  3. Be able to combine and apply movement patterns, simple to complex in fitness and self defense activities.
  4. Design an assessment of skill acquisition in fitness and self defense activities.
