SOC 300 - Sociological Theory


Units: 4
Critical analysis of the works of leading sociological theorists from the middle of the 19th century to the present. Emphasizes linking theories to contemporary research questions and hypotheses.

Strongly Recommended Preparation: SOC 305.
Prerequisites: SOC 100.
Equivalent Quarter Course: SOC 3310.
Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground.
Grading: A-F grading only.
