CHEM 490 - Independent Study Units: 1-4 Independent study in chemistry under the supervision of a member of the department faculty. Students may apply no more than 12 units of independent study in the major department and 8 units in other departments to a baccalaureate degree.
Prerequisites: Department consent and minimum 2.0 GPA. Equivalent Quarter Course: CHEM 4900. Repeatability: Repeatable for a maximum of 4 units. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground. Grading: A-F or CR/NC (student choice). Course Typically Offered: Fall & Spring
