MGMT 670 - Strategic Industry and Competitive Analysis Units: 3 Key concepts, tools, and principles of industry analysis, competitive analysis, and strategy formulation. Students learn to understand industry structure, develop competitive strategies, define firm boundaries, allocate critical resources, and position firms for value creation and capture.
