MGMT 610 - Strategic Human Resources Management Units: 3 Application of theories from multiple disciplines to analyze core topics in strategic human resources management, including recruitment and screening, training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, job design, promotions, downsizing, outsourcing, unions, labor law, internal labor markets, and high-commitment HRM.
Prerequisites: Completion of University Writing Skills Requirement (UWSR) and post-baccalaureate standing. Equivalent Quarter Course: MGMT 6612. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground or Hybrid. Grading: A-F grading only.
