KIN 238 - Intermediate Activities: Kick Boxing Units: 1 ; G.E./G.R. Area: E Intermediate-level conditioning class that emphasizes non-contact aerobic conditioning activity combining punches, kicks, traditional aerobic skills, and fitness activities. Designed to enhance cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and muscular endurance.
Strongly Recommended Preparation: Prior experience in the activity - check with instructor. Equivalent Quarter Course: KIN 2038. Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 2 units.
