KIN 234 - Intermediate Activities: Yoga Units: 1 ; G.E./G.R. Area: E Variations of well-known Yoga positions, emphasizing a balanced approach to Yoga that embraces relaxation, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular training. Developing a unique, individual practice appropriate for students’ fitness levels and goals.
Strongly Recommended Preparation: Prior experience in the activity - check with instructor. Equivalent Quarter Course: KIN 2034. Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 2 units.
