KIN 143 - Beginning Activities: Pilates Units: 1 ; G.E./G.R. Area: E Pilates is a non-impact, integrative exercise method. Fundamentals, basics and beginning mat work. Strengthening core muscles to improve posture, limb mobility and overall flexibility and balance.
