KIN 141 - Beginning Activities: Aerobic Condition Units: 1 ; G.E./G.R. Area: E Overall basic aerobic and resistance training for toning, weight loss, and overall body conditioning. Proper warm-up and cool down techniques. Heart rate monitoring. Circuit changes throughout the semester.
