MUS 302 - What to Listen for in Music
Units: 3 ; G.E./G.R. Area: C4
Development of a greater appreciation and enjoyment of music through study of selected works. Study of musical elements to develop critical listening skills applicable to all styles of music. Previous musical training not necessary. Field trips may be required.
Prerequisites: Completion of GE areas A1, A2, A3 and B4.
Equivalent Quarter Course: MUS 3002.
Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, Entirely On-line.
Grading: A-F grading only.
G.E./G.R. Area Satisfied: C4 - Upper Division Arts or Humanities
