ES 100 - Introduction to Social Justice in Communities of Color Units: 3 ; G.E./G.R. Area: D1-3; Social Justice A survey of social justice movements in communities of color beginning with the 1968 Third World Liberation Strikes at SFSU and UC Berkeley. Course considers the formation of Ethnic Studies and ongoing relationship between social justice and Ethnic Studies scholarship.
Equivalent Quarter Course: ES 1001. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, Entirely On-line, Hybrid (every section of this course may be taught both online and on-ground).
