ES 200 - Race and Resistance Units: 3 ; G.E./G.R. Area: C1; Diversity Overview of the history of people of color through activism and resistance in art, politics, and music. Emphasis is on major artists, organizations, movements, and events that sought social change from the 20th century to the present.
Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, Entirely On-line, Hybrid (every section of this course may be taught both online and on-ground). Grading: A-F or CR/NC (student choice). G.E./G.R. Area Satisfied: C1 - Lower Division Arts, Overlay - Diversity
