MUS 267C - Applied Study: Jazz Composition Units: 1 Individual instruction for music majors or minors at the Lower Division performance level. Students demonstrate progress before a faculty jury at the end of each semester. A failed jury results in a failing grade for the course. Audition and Portfolio Required.
Prerequisites: Minimum of two units from the MUS 261-269 series. Co-requisites: Minimum of one course from the MUS 351-355 series. Equivalent Quarter Course: MUS 1690 and MUS 2690. Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 4 units. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only.
