SPPA 601 - Assessment and Treatment of Child Language Disorders
Units:4 This course is designed to provide graduate students with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide evidence-based interventions for children with developmental disabilities including those with autism with an emphasis on developing functional communication for children and their families. Please note: effective spring 2019 this course prefix will change from SPPA to SLHS.
Prerequisites: Admission to M.S. Speech-Language Pathology program. Equivalent Quarter Course: SPPA 6060. Possible Instructional Methods:Hybrid (every section of this course may be taught both online and on-ground). Grading: A-F grading only.
