MUS 630 - Advanced Conducting Units: 1 Ensemble conducting techniques including stylistic, pedagogical, and physical studies in gesture. Score analysis and ear training through the study of music from all genres and historical periods. Advanced rehearsal techniques and program building, including the development of ensemble.
Prerequisites: M.A. Music major. Equivalent Quarter Course: MUS 6280. Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 4 units. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only.
