MGMT 316 - Training and Development Units: 3 Workplace learning is key to the development of employees and a firm’s success. Topics include needs assessments, learning theories, instructional design, training methodologies, presentation techniques, and program evaluation. Students will design and present sample training and development programs.
Prerequisites: Junior, senior or post-baccalaureate standing. Equivalent Quarter Course: MGMT 4618. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, Entirely On-line. Grading: A-F grading only.
