Units:3 An integrative capstone experience in which students take a top management perspective to conduct strategic situational analysis and develop a business plan for a strategic initiative that drives competitive advantage. Real world organizational strategies will be emphasized.
Strongly Recommended Preparation: A minimum of 27 units of core and/or concentration courses. Prerequisites: Department consent and satisfaction of the WST. Equivalent Quarter Course: MGMT 6800 or ENTR 6800. Possible Instructional Methods:Entirely On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only.
