MGMT 362 - Service Management Units: 3 Interdisciplinary frameworks, theories and research methods used in the design and analysis of contemporary service systems. Topics include service concept and strategy, design of service delivery, service quality, relevant skills, impact of technology, and social impact.
Prerequisites: Completion of GE areas A1, A2 and A3. Equivalent Quarter Course: MGMT 4625. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, Entirely On-line. Grading: A-F grading only.
