CS 431 - Database Architecture Units: 3 Data models, data description and data manipulation languages. Schemas, query processing, database system architecture. Integrity, concurrency, and security techniques. Implementation of data models in a real database.
Prerequisites: CS 301 with grade C- or better. Equivalent Quarter Course: CS 4660 or CS 4665. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, Entirely On-line, Hybrid (every section of this course may be taught both online and on-ground). Grading: A-F grading only.
