Services marketing in Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism industries.
Prerequisites: Department consent. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, Entirely On-line, Hybrid (every section of this course may be taught both online and on-ground). Grading: A-F grading only.
