Leadership and communication skills needed in modern organizations. Problem-solving, diversity and cross-cultural awareness, ethics, and teams within the context of leadership, as well as focusing on the role of persuasive communication in leadership.

Prerequisites: Post-baccalaureate standing.
Equivalent Quarter Course: MKTG 6120 or MGMT 6225.
