BSTA 662 - Survival Analysis Units: 2 Applied methods for survival analysis. Incomplete data, censored, and truncated data, life tables, nonparametric, semiparametric, and parametric methods. Accelerated failure time models, proportional hazards models, partial likelihood and advanced topics. Data integrity. Computing techniques and analysis of clinical data. Use of SAS. Report writing.
