Emphasis on modern methods such as liquid chromatography, electrophoresis, isoelectric focusing, expression vectors, immunological probing, mass spectrometry and computer-based analysis. Prerequisites: CHEM 340 or CHEM 441, both with grade C- or better. Equivalent Quarter Course: CHEM 6430. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only.
