Mental health is an integral part of an individual’s well-being. This course focuses on mental health and psychiatric concepts, the relationship between mental and physical health, and the nursing diagnoses and interventions to address mental health needs of clients.

Prerequisites: B.S. Nursing major.
Co-requisites: NURS 315.
Equivalent Quarter Course: NURS 3406.
Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground.
Grading: A-F grading only.
