NURS 301 - Nutrition and Medical Nutrition Therapy

Introduction to the sources and functions of nutrients, health disorders caused by lack or excess of nutrients, and nutritional needs across the lifecycle. Concepts of medical nutrition therapy and the basics of nutritional assessment will be introduced.

Equivalent Quarter Course: NURS 2010.
