Total Blended Program Units (BS + MS) = 140
Description:
Students in the FAST Environmental Science, B.S. + Environmental Geosciences, M.S. program will complete the requirements for both the B.S. and M.S. FAST students in this program may double-count up to 11 M.S. units towards both their B.S. and M.S. degrees. These 11 units must be completed in residence at East Bay.
Double-Counted Coursework:
Double-counted courses are counted towards both the bachelor’s and master’s degree requirements. The following courses may be double-counted, replacing bachelor’s degree requirements:

Admission Requirements:
All Earth, Environmental, and Sustainability Sciences Majors are eligible to apply for the blended BS/MS program in Fall semester of their junior year if they fulfill the following requirements: complete a minimum of 60 units and no more than 90 units towards the BS degree; complete lower division requirements for Environmental Sciences with a GPA of 2.75 or better, and complete all lower division GE requirements.
