KIN 2034 - Intermediate Yoga Units: 1 Introduction to more variations of well-known Yoga positions, emphasizing a balanced approach to Yoga that embraces relaxation, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular training. Students are encouraged to develop a unique individual practice appropriate for their fitness level and goals. Prerequisites: Previous course in Yoga or consent of instructor. Repeatability: May be repeated once for credit, for a maximum of 2 units.
