Develop and manage supply chain performance drivers to improve performance, create value, increase competitiveness for firms. Topics include synthesis of global logistics, operations, purchasing, and distribution into a cohesive strategy, sustainability, and revenue management in supply chain.

Prerequisites: MGMT 608.
