This course builds on materials covered in Corporate Financial Management (FIN 605). Topics include factors that affect financial performance, forecasting models, reporting, valuation, and use the of financial data and analytics software to measure financial modeling inputs.

Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
1: Calculate free cash flow and create pro forma financial statements.

2: Build financial forecasting models using financial analytics to estimate key financial variables.

3: Make corporate business decisions using financial forecasting models and data analytics.

4: Describe the development and use of key performance indicators.

5: Validate valuation and forecasting using various valuation techniques and simulations.
