Analyze soil particle size distribution and soil’s weight-volume relationships.
Recommend shear strength parameters based on experimental and in situ conditions.
Apply soil mechanics concepts to design or evaluate foundations and retaining walls.
Be able to design solutions to real-world problems using modern engineering techniques, skills, and tools.
