BAN 602 - Quantitative Fundamentals for Analytics Units: 3 Fundamental quantitative methods with software. Topics include: programming for data analysis, computational linear algebra, and quantitative methods.
Strongly Recommended Preparation: College Algebra, Statistics and Object-Oriented Programming. Prerequisites: Post-baccalaureate standing. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, or Entirely Online, or Hybrid. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Choose appropriate quantitative methods for data analysis.
- Apply linear algebra to multi-dimensional data analysis.
- Develop computer programs to implement the quantitative and mathematical methods in data analysis.
