Recall the names and structures of all amino acids, secondary structure motifs, and typical protein folding patterns;
Understand the underlying chemical and physical principles of the stabilization of protein structures;
Describe the techniques used to determine protein structures;
Analyze protein structures with various software tools;
Explain structure - function relationships in proteins.
