This course provides an introduction to the fundamentals of social and digital media analytics. Topics include: social and digital media landscape and common metrics, social listening, social and digital media data analysis, interpretation and application.

Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, or Entirely Online.
Grading: A-F grading only.

Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
