MSC 634 - Advanced Biological Oceanography Units: 4 Experimental techniques in biological oceanography with emphasis on problems important in plankton ecology. Course includes lectures, labs, and discussions of current research problems. An individual research project involving the use of one or more modern analytical tools will be required. Lecture Units: 3; Lab Units: 1.
Prerequisites: Post-baccalaureate standing and MSC 444. Equivalent Quarter Course: MSC 6234. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only.
