EDUI 695 - Educational Technology Internship Units: 4 Students pursuing a professional educational technology degree can apply the theory and content of coursework to real-world, on-the-job experience.
Prerequisites: Department consent. Equivalent Quarter Course: EDUI 6420. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, or Entirely Online, or Hybrid. Grading: ABC/NC grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Develop career goals.
- Develop a plan of action which leads to obtaining an internship that will meet those career goals.
- Improve job application and interviewing skills.
- Develop work habits conducive to continued employment and promotion.
- Develop safe habits for the workplace.
- Apply the skills and knowledge gained from coursework to the work experience.
- Experience the challenge and the routine of the everyday world of work.
