Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Students will demonstrate knowledge of current forms and trends in short fiction from around the world.
- Students will demonstrate knowledge of characteristic themes and techniques in short fiction from around the world.
- Students will learn to apply modern critical theories and methods to the elucidation of short fiction from around the world.
- Students will demonstrate their ability to write critically on topics of importance to the global short story.
