FIN 470 - Entrepreneurial Finance Units: 3 Features of entrepreneurial finance. Emphasis on examining the financing options available for ventures, the structure of different financing options and the characteristics of the venture capital industry.

- Compare and contrast financing options available to entrepreneurs.
- Analyze the roles and expectations of each participant in the venture capital industry.
- Apply different valuation methods for ventures.
- Examine different options of exiting from the venture.
